Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay — including The Deck pool

Pool loungers, benches, steps and edges renewed across the resort.

Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay — an infinity edge, the sea beyond

Location: Kalim Bay, Phuket, Thailand
Completed: 2025
Type: Renovation
Our role: Resurfacing the in-pool loungers, benches, steps and edges at The Deck pool, the main pool and the room pools
Finish: PebbleCrete Classic Pearl White
Applied by: Pebble Pools

The work behind the setting.

The work covered The Deck restaurant pool, the main pool and the pools of the rooms. Each carries moulded loungers or benches inside the pool: the old surfaces were demolished back, a bondcoat was applied, and the PebbleCrete finish went on over it — the same sequence on the steps and edges.

The finish is PebbleCrete Classic Pearl White throughout.

Sample images are illustrations. They give a general idea of colour, texture and particle size and show the finish wet; the sample triangle represents about 12 cm of surface. PebbleCrete is made from natural stone and glass and is applied by hand, so colour and the mix of particles vary from batch to batch and from pool to pool. Lighting, screens, water depth and surroundings also change how a finish looks. These images are not a substitute for a physical sample. Always confirm your choice with a current physical PebbleCrete sample, viewed wet. By agreement and at extra cost, we can make an on-site mock-up (test panel) before work starts for you to approve. The finished surface should be judged against the approved mock-up and physical sample, not against the images on this site.
