PebbleCrete Classic Cool Blue in a new beach club pool, with a PebbleCrete Glass Nightfall Pearl coping and surround.

Location: Nai Yang, Phuket, Thailand
Type: New installation
Our role: Finish installation: pool, outdoor shower and sign wall
Finish: PebbleCrete Classic Cool Blue in the pool · PebbleCrete Glass Nightfall Pearl on the coping, the surround, the outdoor shower and the sign wall
Applied by: Pebble Pools

The work behind the setting.

The pool itself was built by others; Pebble Pools supplied and applied the finish. The aggregate came to site in bulk bags and went down under shade sheets rigged over the pool.

Two more surfaces on the terrace carry our work as well: the wall of the outdoor shower and the wall that carries the club sign. Both are PebbleCrete Glass Nightfall Pearl.

The pool interior is PebbleCrete Classic Cool Blue. The coping and the surround are PebbleCrete Glass Nightfall Pearl — a deep black finish with an iridescent sheen.

Sample images are illustrations. They give a general idea of colour, texture and particle size and show the finish wet; the sample triangle represents about 12 cm of surface. PebbleCrete is made from natural stone and glass and is applied by hand, so colour and the mix of particles vary from batch to batch and from pool to pool. Lighting, screens, water depth and surroundings also change how a finish looks. These images are not a substitute for a physical sample. Always confirm your choice with a current physical PebbleCrete sample, viewed wet. By agreement and at extra cost, we can make an on-site mock-up (test panel) before work starts for you to approve. The finished surface should be judged against the approved mock-up and physical sample, not against the images on this site.
