Start up & care
Agree the filling, start-up and care instructions with the people who will operate the pool.
What to send us
- The province and type of property.
- Whether the pool is new or already in use.
- Approximate dimensions or drawings, if available.
- Photographs of the pool, its current surface and access.
- Your preferred finish and target timing.

Before work begins
What will the quotation cover?
The pool or surface included, the selected material, preparation and application scope, access assumptions, and the work or services to be provided separately.
Can you install outside Phuket?
Yes. We offer installation and renovation throughout Thailand. Tell us the project location so access, logistics and timing can be considered.
Can you assess the pool from photographs?
Photographs and drawings help with the first discussion. An on-site assessment may be needed before the preparation and final scope can be confirmed.
When can the pool reopen?
The programme depends on preparation, repairs, site conditions and the selected finish. Filling and start-up instructions must also be allowed for; a reopening date is agreed for the individual project.
Can I see the installation process?
Our project galleries include available work-in-progress photographs. The tutorial archive also shows historical installation examples; methods must be checked against current project instructions.
