The work behind the setting.

The pool was finished in a marble-based terrazzo and it had had enough. Pebble Pools took the old surface off back to the concrete, re-rendered the shell and the entry steps, and laid PebbleCrete Glass Riviera Pearl across the floor, the walls and the raised spillway wall that holds the far edge of the pool.

The new pipework and its fittings were put in by another contractor; our work starts at the surface. The finish went on over the prepared shell, was washed back to expose the glass, and the pool was filled.

The photographs run backwards from the result: the filled pool, then the finish being laid and washed back, the rendered shell waiting for it, the strip-out, and the pool as it stood before the work.
