A renewed finish for the resort’s Bar Pool.

Kata Sea Breeze — pool bar and water-level views

Location: Kata, Phuket, Thailand
Completed: 2023
Type: Renovation
Our role: Full finish renovation of the Bar Pool
Finish: PebbleCrete Supreme · Azure Blue and White Halo
Applied by: Pebble Pools

The work behind the setting.

The Bar Pool was taken back to the shell: the old render came off the pool, the steps and the jacuzzi, and the swim-up bar was cleared for the works.

The pool was re-rendered and finished in PebbleCrete Supreme Azure Blue with White Halo, and the old sandwash coping was replaced.

Sample images are illustrations. They give a general idea of colour, texture and particle size and show the finish wet; the sample triangle represents about 12 cm of surface. PebbleCrete is made from natural stone and glass and is applied by hand, so colour and the mix of particles vary from batch to batch and from pool to pool. Lighting, screens, water depth and surroundings also change how a finish looks. These images are not a substitute for a physical sample. Always confirm your choice with a current physical PebbleCrete sample, viewed wet. By agreement and at extra cost, we can make an on-site mock-up (test panel) before work starts for you to approve. The finished surface should be judged against the approved mock-up and physical sample, not against the images on this site.
