A tiled pool taken out and relaid in two finishes.

The work behind the setting.

The pool was tiled when we came to it. The tile came off, the shell was surveyed point by point, and two finishes went in: PebbleCrete Supreme Royal Blue on the walls and floor, and PebbleCrete Glass Nightfall Pearl round the pool as the coping, the surround and the entry ledge, so the dark band holds the water line against the deck and the lawn.

The fibre-optic lighting in this pool was installed by another contractor. We installed the projection before the renovation, while the pool was still tiled, and then replaced the tiles with the new finish.

The photographs on this page are ours, taken on site during the work and after it was finished. The two frames of the tiled pool are stills from our own video.

PebbleCrete is made from natural stone and glass and is applied by hand, so colour and the mix of particles vary from batch to batch and from pool to pool. Lighting, screens, water depth and surroundings also change how a finish looks. These images are not a substitute for a physical sample. Always confirm your choice with a current physical PebbleCrete sample, viewed wet. By agreement and at extra cost, we can make an on-site mock-up (test panel) before work starts for you to approve. The finished surface should be judged against the approved mock-up and physical sample, not against the images on this site.
