Regular pool care contracts for villas and hotels

Pebble Pools provides scheduled pool care for private villas, villa managers, hotels and resorts in Phuket. Because we renovate pools and pump rooms, our team looks after your finish, grout and plant as well as water clarity.

Weekly service visits, water records and equipment checks

Many villa problems start when routine cleaning ignores the pump room or water balance. Our weekly care visits follow a fixed checklist and keep written records so owners living abroad and on-site managers always know how the pool is running.

  • Weekly skimming, brushing of walls and steps, floor vacuuming, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, and filter backwashing
  • Water testing and balancing on every visit, with clear digital or written logs sent to the owner or manager
  • Checking pumps, sand filters, salt chlorinators, automatic top-up valves, underwater lights and emergency pump room drains on every visit
  • Servicing incoming water filtration vessels and reporting worn seals or valves before a breakdown happens

Periodic waterline cleaning and annual inspection reports

Beyond weekly cleaning, a pool in tropical sun needs attention to hard-water scale along the waterline and a structured check of the shell and equipment.

  • Periodic waterline cleaning to remove mineral scale, including wet glass-bead cleaning where heavy scale has built up
  • Collecting scale residue underwater through our own mobile cart filter so it does not pass through your pool filter
  • An annual inspection with a written report covering grout, tiles or PebbleCrete finish, coping stones, steps, fittings and pump room equipment
  • Deep cleaning and restarting villa pools that have stood unused between tenancies

Draining, pool use and how care is organised

We schedule visits around guest check-ins and hotel swimming hours. Before starting a care contract, an on-site inspection checks the pool and plant, and the programme is agreed for the individual project.

  • Pool stays in normal use: weekly cleaning, water testing, filter backwashing and pump room checks
  • Water is lowered slightly without draining: periodic waterline scale removal or coping stone repairs
  • Pool must be drained: deep surface cleaning after long neglect, regrouting, or underwater tile repairs flagged in the annual inspection report
  • Who decides what: we send you the inspection report and photographs so you decide which repairs to schedule and when

What to send for a first discussion

Send us these details so we can arrange an initial inspection of your pool.

  • Photos of the pool, the waterline and the inside of the pump room
  • The property location, approximate pool size and whether it is a private residence, rental villa or hotel pool
  • What you want us to handle, such as ongoing weekly care, an annual condition report or restarting a neglected pool

Questions we are asked

How do you report back to villa owners who live abroad?

We keep a log of weekly visits, water test readings and equipment checks that we share with you or your villa manager. If we spot a leaking valve or worn grout, we send photos and a clear explanation before any extra work is done.

How do you clean heavy waterline scale without clogging the pool filter?

We assess the waterline surface and include independent debris collection and protection of the existing pool filtration equipment in the cleaning scope.

What is included in the annual pool inspection report?

Our technician inspects the interior finish, tile joints, coping, steps, lights, balance tank and every item in the pump room. You receive a written report with photos showing what is in good order and what may need attention.
