We act as one contractor for your pool shell, PebbleCrete finishes, surround, water features and plant room. Every job starts with an on-site inspection so we can check the structure and equipment, confirm whether the pool must be drained, and agree the programme for the individual project.
Pool stays in use
Some upgrades can be done with the pool filled or the water lowered. The inspection confirms what is possible for your pool, how the water is protected and whether any part of the work needs draining.
Waterline tile cleaning

Can the pool stay open during the work?
Waterline cleaning and coping replacement can be possible with lowered water. Inspection confirms pool use and draining requirements for pump room and lighting upgrades. Underwater tile repairs, new steps, shell remodelling, fibre-optic finishes and internal waterproofing require drained work areas.
Can we combine several works into one shutdown?
Yes, we can plan coping replacement, lighting upgrades and pump room work alongside drained repairs. Inspection confirms which works can be combined and the draining arrangements.
How do you handle upgrades for hotels in season?
During busy periods, we prioritise open-water and pump room tasks and coordinate site access and noise with your engineering team. Drained works are scheduled for quieter booking windows, and the programme is agreed for the individual project.
